General TOU


These digital images may not be reproduced for sale or redistributed in any way. No commercial use is permitted without the written permission of the designer.


You may modify images in size, colour, etc. to suit your projects. You may not alter images to redistribute or claim as your own.


You may submit projects using these designs for publication as long as credit is given to the designer. 


Do not under any circumstances use these images for obscene, defamatory, pornographic, or any other use prohibited by law.


Kits: 


All kits are personal use only. You may also use them for S4O/SFH work. 


Personal Use Defined: Create projects for your own use. Layouts, hybrid, blog backgrounds etc. You may use these files to create gifts for others. Gift is defined as a finished project - no editable files may be given. A gift is something you receive nothing in return for. You may not create Quick Pages to give away or any other "freebies" with this kit without express written permission from the designer. 


You may use kits for your S4H/S4O business. Finished products must be given to customers in an unonditable form. If you are using a kit for multiple customers, I ask that you purchase one copy of the kit for each customer. If there is a kit you would like to use numerous times, contact me for a license. 


Quick Pages/Brag Book Pages:


Are for your personal use only, as defined above. They may also be used for S4H/S4O work. 


In S4H/S4O work please credit Nibbles Skribbles in a document provided to the customer. 


Credits when uploading to galleries, blogs etc. are appreciated but not required. Credits are required when submitting layouts using my products for publication.


Additionally, I always appreciate seeing my designs in use. Feel free to leave a comment at my blog or send an email with your layouts

Page Templates:

Templates that are purchased may be used in your S4H/S4O business as well as for Commercial Use as Quick Pages as long as the final product is a flattened image (png or jpg file). They may not be redistributed as templates in any way. The quick pages you create may be sold or given away as freebies. Credit for the layout design is very much appreciated in your terms of use file or on your blog along with the product description; but is not required.

Commercial Use items:

Files that list commercial use (CU) OK in the preview and product description may be used for commercial purposes. You may not redistribute the file as is or upload to another site. They must be included as part of a completed kit or project. You may not redistribute these files without modification of some sort.
