Here's how to enter:
Step 1: Make a purchase in my store (PU or CU) at theStudio valued at $5 or more after any discounts. You may enter 1 time for each $5 you spend, and collabs that I contributed to are included!
Step 2: Come back here and fill out the form at the bottom of this post. You will only be entered if you submit your information
Notes: I will ship internationally! It will take longer for you to get your package, but I am happy to support fans worldwide! I will only ask for your mailing address if you win, and will only use it to ship your prize. Purchases and entries must be made between October 1 and 31 2012. Winner will be selected the first week of November and announced right here on my blog.
